  • The Pitzmann watches are sent from South Korea without taxes charged. Taxes and other fees may vary depending on the region.

  • About our Delivery Options

    Pitzmann provides worldwide shipping via FedEx and EMS. The options to select the delivery method will be available during checkout. The shipping cost for FedEx is from $115 to $170USD and EMS is from $50 to $70USD, depending on the delivery area.

    It takes approximately 3-5 business days for the FedEx and 5-8 business days for the EMS to reach you(for Europe and USA). The estimated delivery time is based on Pitzmann's shipping record. Please understand that it is not guaranteed that your package will arrive within our estimated delivery time, as in some cases, the delivery times can vary due to weather incidents, customs, local conditions, origin/destination relations, etc.

  • The Pitzmann watches are 2 years warranty. After-sales services are executed upon the customer’s request by the watchmakers. The following conditions specifically excluded from the warranty:

    1. Damage caused by the user or the natural disaster.

    2. Unauthorized repair.

    3. Changes made either inside or the case of the watch.

  • Return Policy
    We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs for all returns and exchanges, except for the Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items.

    To ensure a refund or exchange, the watch must be returned in its original, new, and unworn condition. Any signs of wear or use, including sizing adjustments or scratches, will immediately disqualify the item from any form of return, exchange, or refund. We kindly request your understanding in this matter.

    Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

    In the event that you receive a watch that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately to initiate a return or exchange. The watch must be unworn and returned in its original packaging. We will either exchange the watch or issue a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.

    Change of Mind or Personal Reasons

    Please note that returns or exchanges due to a simple change of mind or other personal reasons are not entitled to a full refund. The watch must be unworn and returned in its original packaging. In such cases, your purchase will be partially refunded according to PayPal's refund policy, excluding payment transaction fees. If your package has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

    Unboxed and Adjusted Bracelets

    Bracelets that have been unboxed and adjusted as per your request are not eligible for a refund.

    Return or Exchange Procedure

    To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

    - Contact us within 30 days of receiving your package to express your intent to return or exchange the item.

    - Pack the watch securely in its original packaging, ensuring it remains in its unworn and unused condition.

    - Ship the watch back to us at the provided address.

    - Upon receiving your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.
